Taken in late Spring this image of Parkhouse Hill in the Staffordshire Peak District shows a sunlit limestone outcrop famous for its shape. Often referred to as the “Dragon’s Back” this hill was photographed from Chrome Hill a similar formation. Both are believed to be the remains of a 350 million year old coral reef near Longnor and Hollinsclough.
